Founded in May 2023 by Sensei Adam Morris, Middlesbrough Shotokan Karate is a martial arts club dedicated to the traditional Shotokan style of Karate.
The club boasts regional medalists, highlighting its growth in a short space of time, against elite competition in the martial arts community.
